PlanPal AI is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

9. Limitation of Liability

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may also delete your account at any time through the app settings.

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of the United States.
